This website does not store complete bank-card numbers. Questions about a failed or declined payment, chargeback, dispute, authorization hold, or exchange rate are generally handled by the issuing bank or payment provider.

Approved refunds normally follow the original payment route, subject to the Refund Policy and the provider's processing arrangements.
