Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. Submit your request within 30 days after the item is delivered. Eligible merchandise must be new and unused, remain in its original condition, and include its original packaging, tags, and supplied accessories.

You may request a non-defective return because you changed your mind, prefer something else, or selected the wrong item. We also review damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing parts, and products that differ materially from their descriptions.

Begin by sending your order number, checkout email, and the reason for the request. A damage, defect, wrong-item, or missing-part claim requires photos or video of the goods and packaging. Obtain authorization before sending anything back. The return method is mail: a free return label is included in the package, and it should be used for the authorized return.

We charge no restocking fee. Exchanges are fulfilled according to actual stock availability. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.
