These shipping terms apply to physical cooking appliances, cookware, kitchen tools, and accessories purchased on this website. Delivery is offered only to destinations accepted during checkout.

Order preparation normally takes about 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods, and these estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Check the checkout summary for the applicable shipping charge and any free-shipping eligibility.

Before ordering, verify your full delivery address, email, and telephone number. Tracking information is shared once it becomes available; carrier scans may not update immediately. If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For a delivered scan without a parcel, check the delivery area and household recipients, then tell us promptly. Keep damaged goods and packaging and send photographs for review.

Carrier coverage, package limits, address restrictions, or legal requirements may prevent delivery to some destinations. For assistance, supply the order number, checkout email, delivery address, any tracking reference, and a description of the problem. Investigation results and available remedies depend on the circumstances.
